How do I change my email address?

To change your email address, first log on to your account. Once you've logged on, click on 'Account' in the top-right corner of the home page.

This will take you to your account settings page. To the left of the screen, in between the search bar and account tabs, you'll see your current email address, how long you have with PetFlow and the option to edit profile. 

Click on the underlined 'Edit Profile' which will pull up a small box window.  Under the designated field for email, remove the email address showing and type in your new email address. Once finished, press 'Save Changes' at the bottom. From there you're all set!

Please note: Changing your email address will require the new email to login into your account!
