How do I change my delivery schedule?

To change the frequency of your orders:

After logging into your PetFlow account, click 'Account' on the top right of the website so you can view your orders under Active Programs.  

Locate the program you'd like to modify and find the 'Frequency' drop-down menu on the left hand side.  There you will have the option to change how often to ship orders (anywhere from 2 to 16 weeks apart); select the interval of your choosing which will automatically adjust your future orders!

To change the delivery date of your next order:

After logging into your PetFlow account, click 'Account' on the top right of the website so you can view your orders under Active Programs.

Locate the order that you'd like to change, and click 'Change Date'.  A calendar will pop-up, allowing you to select any particular date of your choosing.  Once you select the new shipping date your order will update and your future order ship dates will change based on the frequency you set!
