How do I add or remove items from my next shipment or program?

If you'd like to add a new product to your Auto-Ship, simply browse the website, find your product, and click the "Add to Auto-Ship" button.  

To view your existing products or remove a product, click on "Account" near the top right of the page. This will take you to your Auto-Ship page.

Next, simply click the "Edit Products" button on your program to view your current Auto-Ship products. This will pull up a window with each of your Auto-Ship items

• To remove the product, click the X to the left of the product image.
• To change the quantity of the product, click the quantity drop-down menu and select the desired new quantity.
• Still looking to add new products?  Click the "Dog or Cat" link under 'Add additional items' in the top-right corner to browse for a new product.  When you find the product you want, just click the "Add to Auto-Ship" button!

Don't forget to click "Save" after you have removed or changed the number of products!  There is no need to Save when adding products as that happens automatically.
