If you'd like to add a new product to your Auto-Ship, simply browse the website, find your product, and click the "Add to Auto-Ship" button.
To view your existing products or remove a product, click on 'Account' near the top right of the page, which will take you to your Active Programs.
Next, simply click the "Edit Products" button on your program to view your current Auto-Ship products. This will pull up a window with each of your Auto-Ship items
- To remove product, click the X to the left of the product image.
- To change the quantity of the product, click the quantity drop-down menu and select the desired new quantity.
- Still looking to add new product? Click the "Dog or Cat" link under 'Add additional items' in the top-right corner to browse for new product. When you find the product you want, just click the "Add to Auto-Ship" button!
Don't forget to click "Save" after you have removed or changed the quantity of products! There is no need to Save when adding products, that happens automatically.
