I know my password, but how do I change it?

To change your password, first log on to your account. Once you've logged on, click on 'Account' in the top-right corner of the home page.

This will take you to your account settings page. To the left of the screen, in between the search bar and account tabs, you'll see your name, your email address, how long you have with PetFlow and the option to edit profile. 

Click on the underlined 'Edit Profile' which will pull up a small box window.  Below the designated fields for your name and email address, you can click on 'Update Password'. Put in the new password you want and be sure to confirm the new password in the second field. Once finished, press 'Save Changes' at the bottom. From there you're all set!
