If you don't need your order as soon as you thought, you can easily push back the date of your next order. To do this, log in to your account and click on 'Account' in the top right corner of the website.
You'll now be on your Active Programs page, which details your Auto-Ship program. From here, you can click on the ship date. This will pull up a calendar for you to pick a new date that you would prefer the order to be shipped on. You can also click on the arrow near the calendar, where you will be able to select how many weeks you want to push the order back. Any orders scheduled after this one will also be pushed back automatically!
You are able to do this as long as the order status is "Scheduled." If an order is already in progress at the warehouse, it is too late to modify the date or contents of the order. You'll be able to see if this is in process as the status of the order will say "Order Shipping".
If necessary, we can send a return label to have the order returned back to our warehouse.
