If you don't need your order as soon as you thought, you can easily push back the date of your next order. To do this, log in to your account and click the My Orders option from the My Account drop-down menu at the top of the site. Once there, find the order that you'd like to push back and click the 'Ship Later' link, located just right of the shipping date. You will be able to select how many weeks you want to push the order back, and any orders scheduled after this one will also be pushed back!
Note: If an order is already in progress at the warehouse ("Order Being Packed"), it is too late to modify the date or contents of the order. If necessary, we can send a return label to have the order returned back to our warehouse. In order to obtain a return shipping label, please contact our Customer Support team by submitting a ticket through the link below, or dialing our help line!
