Once you are logged into your account, you would navigate over to the top right hand corner of your screen. Hover over the button that says “My Auto-Ship.” then you are able to proceed with pausing your auto-ship.
Here are the steps for pausing your auto-ship program:
First, click to cancel your program. It will pull up the screen with the option to pause your program. From there, it will pull up this screen:
After you click the “Pause My Subscription” button, you will be prompted to select how long you want your program to be paused for. You can select to pause the program from anywhere between 2-16 weeks.
Once your program is paused, it will pop up with a notification on the screen confirming that you have indeed paused your program for the selected duration of time. You will also get a notification over to your email confirming that your program has been paused.
And with that, you should have successfully paused your auto-ship program! Of course, your upcoming shipment notifications will still get emailed over to you about one week before your scheduled ship date.

I'm really feeling annoyed with this company. In 2023 I should be able to cancel any kind of autoship program without having to call and be on hold. I will never order from Petflow again. There is no help article about "how to cancel my autoship," and even when I go to "Pause" it, the only option working is "for 2 weeks."
